If you are not satisfied with the look, fit or feel of your Zoot product, return it within 14 days for a full refund (including sale section items). 

Customer is responsible for return shipping. To ensure the fastest and error-prone process, we cannot place exchange orders on your behalf. Instead, you would have to place a new order.

*Please note – Customized gear and Face Covering products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Who pays for my return?

You - the buyer - bear the costs of the return.

 

Defective goods or wrong delivery received; how do I proceed?

Should you have received defective items upon delivery or a defect has occurred within the legal warranty period, please contact our service team first.

Pack goods properly

Please make sure that the goods are 100% complete, that the labels are still on the goods and that they contain the original packaging if possible. The goods should still be adequately protected against transport damage and should not have been washed.

Please pack the goods conscientiously for the return shipment so that they are not damaged in transit and keep the receipt for the package until the refund is completed. You will be notified via email once the package has arrived. 

Please allow one to two weeks from product arrival for processing. Refunds typically appear on credit card accounts one billing cycle from the original date of purchase. If your return was a gift, the credit will go to the original purchaser of the item.
